Delete your myBenkio account

This page is for people who use myBenkio: Study Smarter on Google Play or the myBenkio website at mybenkio.com. It explains how to delete your account, what we remove when you do, and what we keep.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open myBenkio and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm it is you. If you signed up with email, enter your password. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google again. If you signed up with Apple, sign in with Apple again.
4. Tap Delete my account.

Delete your account on the website

1. Sign in at mybenkio.com.
2. Open Settings and choose the Account tab.
3. Click Delete account and confirm with your password, your Google account or your Apple account.

Cannot sign in, or removed the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in. The login linked to your account is removed, so you can no longer sign in with it.
• The email address on your account.
• Your active sessions on every device.

What we keep

• Public course material you shared on myBenkio. We remove it within 90 days of your request.
• Your leaderboard details. We remove them within 90 days of your request.
